A letter from Cliff Steinkamp, President of All Air Incorporated

Most of you receiving this newsletter are active customers of All Air Incorporated. Some of you have been with us since the beginning of the Company, which will be 20 years old on September 3rd of this year. With all the choices you have in choosing suppliers, my partner Dwayne Upham and I are honored, that you have given us the opportunity to be your preferred vendor. We have never taken that privilege lightly, and have watched firms that did so, fade out of the business world.

I’ve never professed to be a mind reader, and have learned after 34 years in this business, the only way to find out what your customer wants, is to ask. As many of you are aware, I’m not a "sit at my desk" president. In fact, I now spend the majority of my time visiting customers with the hope of identifying new ways All Air can be of more value to you.

This letter is my chance to say "Thank you" to all of you. If there is anyway I can improve our relationship with you, I ask you to please call me and allow me the chance to do so. My goal is to make All Air Incorporated your first choice when it comes to Valued Suppliers.
