Flexeel® Reinforced Polyurethane Coiled Hose

Flexeel® Reinforced Polyurethane is an extremely flexible coil with excellent memory, a small bend radius, and a tight coil diameter that reduces work and storage space.

Flexeel® Coil is the original reinforced polyurethane coil. This hose is extremely lightweight and is extruded with an inner-layer, a layer of reinforced braiding, and an outside jacket. This extrusion process yields an “integral piece” that ensures the integrity of the hose over long periods of use. All of this yields a strong, durable hose with an increased working pressure.

These units are equipped with reusable fittings that allow in-field repairs if necessary. Flexeel® Coils feature straight sections measuring 16″ at the tool end, and 8″ at the supply end, eliminating the need for an additional whip hose.

The Flexcoil® is a lightweight, kink-resistant, permanently coiled hose for automotive and industrial environments. Its 95A Polyurethane composition provides a softer hose that has less retraction force than Nylon.
These hoses offer reusable brass fittings that are machined from quality hex stock.
Flexcoil hoses feature straight sections measuring 16″ at the tool end, and 8″ at the supply end, eliminating the need for an additional whip hose.

Flexcoil® CoBlo

The Flexcoil® CoBlo is a lightweight, kink-resistant, permanently coiled hose extruded in hi-viz orange and equipped with an industrial connector and our CoBlo Coupler Blow Gun. Ready to go right out of the package!

Flexcoil® with Blow Gun

Coilhose Pneumatics combines a Flexcoil® with a Blow Gun for a convenient package.

Flexcoil® Blow Gun Packages are equipped with brass reusable fittings, or with reusable strain relief fittings. These packages are ideal for placement next to a drill press or a workstation for quick access to compressed air for cleaning and blow-off operations.

Nylon Coiled Hose

Self-Storing Coils Extruded from Nylon 11 and with High Retraction Force.
Coilhose Pneumatics manufactures Nylon Coils from tough, abrasion resistant Nylon material. Nylon offers a large temperature range of -60°F to +200°F, and a higher working pressure. The stiffness of Nylon also creates a high retraction force, allowing for the coils to store quickly out of the workspace.
Coilhose Pneumatics’ Nylon Coils are equipped with strong brass fittings that are machined in-house out of quality brass hex stock.

Note: For high-vibration and impact tool applications, it is recommended that rigid fittings be used at the working end. This ensures a durable, long lasting connection.
