Nason switches are built for reliable positioning. Made in the USA, these compact and customizable switches feature a snap-action device, which makes their design more precise and repeatable. Their elastomer diaphragms or pistons move a precise .040 of an inch to ensure accurate, instantaneous contact under all operating conditions.
These vacuum, temperature and pressure switches are UL, CSA, and military approved with an operational life of over one million cycles and a large variety of electrical connections.

Pressure Switches
For Pneumatic and Hydraulic Applications
All of Nason’s electronic pressure switches feature a “no-creep” design with a snap-action electrical device activated by an elastomer diaphragm or piston. These pressure switches keep their contacts either open or closed until a precise set point is reached. At that point, they snap over center to a new state and remain there until pressure adjusts, triggering the pneumatic switches to snap back to their original state.
We offer both factory preset and adjustable pressure switches from Nason, with an operational life of over one million cycles under most operating conditions. Our UL-, CSA-, and military-approved switches offer a wide variety of electrical connection options and are fully customizable.
CD Adjustable High-Pressure Switch
The easily customizable CD adjustable high-pressure switch allows eight adjustment ranges 10–7500 PSI, and can be configured to be even more environmentally safe. A long-life elastomer diaphragm on this snap-action pressure switch prevents creeping, and you can even dial in settings for consistent, precise adjustability. The CD piston pressure switch comes in a variety of base material options, including brass, nickel-plated, 303 SS and 316 SS.

CF High-Pressure Switch
The factory-set CF high-pressure switch features set point ranges 10–7500 PSI, with hardened steel pistons designed to provide longer life cycles in the most extreme applications and conditions. A durable elastomer diaphragm connected to a piston sensor on this high-pressure switch allows for maximum precision without creeping. You can order the CF high-pressure switch in a number of base materials, including brass, nickel-plated, 303 SS and 316 SS.

WX Adjustable Hydraulic High-Pressure Switch
The WX adjustable hydraulic high-pressure switch offers a set point range 50–5000 PSI with a tolerance of ±5 PSI or 5%. This compact pressure switch packs full-sized performance into a small space, proving itself in the most demanding mobile hydraulic applications. Available in a wide range of configurations, this piston pressure switch comes standard in zinc-plated steel with optional brass or nickel plating, 303 SS, or 316 SS.

XM High-Pressure Switch
The XM high-pressure switch features a fixed set point and maximum operating pressure of 5000 PSI with set points 40–4000 PSI. The factory-set fixed-pressure switch is easily customizable for your specific application and is available in a variety of base material options, including zinc-plated steel, brass, nickel-plated, 303 SS and 316 SS.

CJ Adjustable Low-Pressure Switch
Available in a variety of base material options, including brass, aluminum, nickel-plated, delrin, 303 SS and 316 SS, the compact, field-adjustable CJ adjustable low-pressure switch was designed to meet NEMA 4 & 13 standards. The long-life elastomer diaphragm on this snap-action pressure switch prevents creeping, while the CJ’s five different ranges 3–1500 PSI allow for very precise refinements.

SQ Adjustable Low-Pressure Switch
Perfect for first-round designs, the field-adjustable SQ low-pressure switch meets NEMA 4 & 13 standards, combining fingertip adjustability with visual calibration with a maximum operating pressure of 250 PSI. With three adjustment ranges 2–120 PSI, a brass base material, and a long-life elastomer diaphragm to prevent creeping, this snap-action pressure switch is ideal for testing and prototyping. Once the exact parameters for a particular application are determined, the next design iteration could be built with a factory-set version.

Temperature Switches
Durable And Highly Accurate
Used in a wide variety of manufacturing and industrial processes, Nason’s temperature switches act as a limit sensor, opening or closing a circuit when temperature rises above or falls below a defined setpoint.
Nason’s temperature sensor switches feature a “no-creep” design with a snap-action electrical device. These temperature switches keep their contacts in either an open or closed state. When sensors indicate that a precise pre-determined temperature has been reached, they snap over center to a new state. They will remain in this state until the thermal readings rise or fall back over the set point, triggering the temperature switches to snap back to their original state.
Our temperature switches offer a wide variety of electrical connection options, are fully customizable and have an operational life of over one million cycles under most operating conditions.
TF Low Temperature Switch
Affordable and compact, the TF is designed for lower temperature applications up to 100,000 cycles and has hysteresis built-in. This snap-action immersion temperature switch comes standard with a factory preset temperature and a 50°–285°F (10°–140°C) set point range.

TW Snap-Disc Temperature Switch
The factory-set TW snap-disc temperature switch features set points 120-285ºF (50-140ºC) as well as a wide differential using a temperature limit sensor. This immersion temperature switch includes the industry’s leading range of media connections and probe lengths, and is available in an assortment of different configurations.

TD Snap-Disc Temperature Switch
The factory-set TD snap-disc temperature switch features set points 140–300ºF (60–148ºC), as well as a thermal snap-action disc that provides a nominal differential of 10 degrees. This temperature limit sensor switch is available with a wide variety of media connections and probe lengths, making it ideal for a range of specific applications.
