HLE Series – LEB100 Belt Driven, Roller Wheel, All Purpose Rodless Linear Actuator

The HLE series ‘all-purpose’ linear actuator offers an appropriate solution for all motion tasks and is ideal for use as a single-axis or as a component in a multiple-axis gantry system. It has been developed for rapid linear movements over long stroke distances, providing a simple machine and system element that can be used without the need for any specialized knowledge – installation and setup only requires a small amount of effort from the user. The HLE carriage is rigidly supported on three sides by heavy duty, polyamide roller wheels housed inside of a rugged aluminium housing. The bearing wheels are pre-loaded to eliminate play in the system and strategically located along the carriage to evenly distribute load across the length of the carriage.
