ConservAIR® Flow Controls

ConservAIR® technology is used to control the demand side of a compressed air system, utilizing an Intermediate Control (I/C)® flow control device.
An Intermediate Control (I/C) flow control device monitors and stabilizes air pressure by adjusting flow. The Intermediate Control (I/C) flow control releases air from storage to maintain a continuous, optimal air pressure supply. The result of using ConservAIR flow controls is reduced waste from leaks, reduced energy consumption from the compressor room, and, most importantly, constant, stable air pressure for production.

Product Lineup

CF Series Flow Controls

Pneumatech CF Series Flow Controls

ConservAIR High Flow Regulators are for
critical applications requiring a fast, accurate
control response over a wide range of flows and
pressures. High sensitivity is achieved through a
unique spring amplification that accelerates the
valve movement. Cylinder surfaces are Teflon-
coated to minimize sliding frictional drag and to
prevent air-stream contaminants from sticking
to the cylinder walls. An advanced design pilot
controller provides a bias pneumatic signal,
negating the need for high internal spring-force
pressures. This unique arrangement allows
ConservAIR High Flow Regulators to maintain
precise, stable outlet pressures without wasteful
pressure differentials stemming from internal
mechanical forces. The full capability of the High
Flow Regulator is utilized to control flow instead
of becoming a component of the pressure drop
across the valve.

  • Available in 1″ – 3″ NPT
  • Approximate Flow 250 – 1500

S-Series Flow Controls

Peumatech S-Series Flow Controls

The Intermediate Control© monitors air pressure as it is delivered to production and releases air from the air receiver as needed to maintain a continuous, stable air pressure supply. The result of using flow controls is reduced waste from leaks, reduced energy consumption from the compressor room and most importantly, constant, stable air pressure for production.
The S Series uses our unique multiple parallel configuration to accurately control the flow of compressed air to maintain a stable, consistent and lower pressure throughout the entire production facility. As a result, compressor on-line horsepower is reduced, generating significant energy savings.

  • Consists of multiple circuit parallels, meaning active control is achieved without the use of expensive proportiona-integral-derivative (PID) controllers
  • Flanged connections
  • Liquid filled industrial pressure gauges installed on the inlet and discharge headers accurate within 1%
  • Monitors system flow dynamics ensuring adequate supply of air for production
  • Pre-packaged and ready for installation
  • Pressure tested and thoroughly checked for leaks after fabrication
  • Return on investment often 18 months or less including soft costs

SPD-Series Flow Controls

Pneumatech SPD-Series Flow Controls

The Intermediate Control (I/C)® SPD Series monitors and stabilizes the delivered air pressure by adjusting flow. The SPD Series releases air from an upstream receiver to maintain a continuous supply pressure at the lowest optimal level. The result is reduced waste from leaks, improved system efficiency and significantly lower operating costs.

  • Single valve control keeps investment cost down improving return on investment (ROI)
  • Electronically actuated valve controls more precisely
  • Graphic user interface (GUI) control allows for simple control
