Isysnet Fieldbus
Isysnet Fieldbus Systems are the ideal solution to reduce installation time and machine cost for your pneumatic valve manifolds.
Isysnet has four major components: (1) Valve driver module provide control for 32 solenoids on a manifold, with bus extension providing connectivity to 3 more manifolds; (2) I/O modules provide the field interface, system interface circuitry, and bases for mounting; (3) Communication modules provide the network interface circuitry; and (4) Power distribution module provide 5 additional power inputs to the Isysnet system.

Moduflex Fieldbus
Moduflex Fieldbus Systems offer small, compact product designs with broad protocol offerings, including DeviceNet, Profibus, AS-i, CANopen, and Interbus. The Moduflex communication modules directly attach to the end plate and provide a low cost fieldbus solution. Moduflex Fieldbus Systems can be configured for centralized applications (with the valves inside the control cabinet) or for decentralized applications (used with Isys Micro valves outside the control cabinet.
Centralized Applications

Turck Fieldbus
Turck BL67Fieldbus Systems are the ideal solution to reduce automation installation time and machine cost forpneumatic valve manifolds. Control systems with PLC’s using Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus, Profinet, or CANopen, can take advantage of wiring reduction and machine simplification. HV Rotary Hand Valve
These closed center valves have a 90° lever movement. In neutral position, the inlet is closed to pressure and outlets are closed to exhaust. These valves are recommended for stationary air cylinders, and as throttling valves for positioning air cylinders. They are not to be used on punch presses or press brakes.Features:

Subbase and Manifold Air Valves
Subbase valves include ISOMAX Ceramic Subbase Valves, 4-Way Sprint Valves with plug-in subbase and manifold mountings, and the Isys and Isys Micro Valves, which use the isysnet system to provide fieldbus preferred connectivity with Digital and Analog input and output modules. Subbase valve design simplifies maintenance and installation, reduces downtime and eliminates complicated wiring or plumbing.
DX Isomax Air Valves
This ISOMAX Ceramic Subbase Valve complies with ISO 15407-1 and VDMA 24563 for Sizes 02 and 01. Valve range includes pneumatic and electrical actuation with a wide choice of subbases and manifolds to suit different application needs.

HHB 4-Way Subbase/Manifold Valve
