P5E Series Guided Cylinder (ISO Cylinder Style)


The P5E Series guided cylinder is designed for heavy duty linear motion applications. Two parallel precision ground, case hardened support shafts are guided by fdour linear bushings. The bearings are prelubricated to provide millions of trouble-free cycles.

  • The anodized aluminum body is lightweight and provides strength and three mounting faces.
  • The cylinder is aligned with a coupler which allows piston rod to self-center, thus increasing cylinder life.
  • Support shafts are case hardened and machined from high carbon alloy steel.
  • Stainless steel and oversize shafts are available.

Designed for extreme guided linear motion applications. The P5L Series Guided Cylinder features the popular P1L round body repairable cylinder and offers a fully featured and highly engineered guided bearing system, creating a guided cylinder suitable for the most demanding applications. Two case hardened support shafts are guided by four linear bearings and incorporated into a one-piece housing.

P5T2 Series- Short Stroke Thruster

The P5T2 Series features short-stroke, heavy-duty performance in a smaller footprint than conventional thrusters that use external cylinders.

Parker’s innovative design of the P5T2 addresses requirements in the packaging, conveyor and assembly markets where available space is limited and loads are typically substantial. The P5T2 Series is ideal for handling frequent stops on conveyor equipment, tamping and pressing on packaging machinery, as well as the unloading/loading and clamping processes on assembly machinery.

Specifications:

  • Available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes with strokes up to 200mm.
  • Maximum operating pressure is 1MPa (10 bar/145 psi).
