Tolomatic JVL integrated servo and stepper motors combine motor, drive, and control electronics in a single unit for flexible electric motion control. Paired with Tolomatic’s configurable linear actuators, these integrated motors can be installed outside the control cabinet, helping simplify machine wiring and reduce the number of separate components required.
JVL integrated motors provide efficient, quiet, maintenance-free operation with straightforward setup and configuration through JVL’s MacTalk® software. A broad range of communication options and premium configurations with features such as Safe Torque Off and absolute multi-turn encoders support different motion control requirements.

High-Torque Servo Systems for High-Force Linear Actuators
Tolomatic Nidec servo systems combine high-torque Control Techniques motion control with Tolomatic high-force linear actuators for demanding electric motion applications. Each system pairs a servo motor with an absolute encoder and matching servo drive, SM-EZMotion control module, power/brake cable, and feedback cable for a complete motion control solution.
Unidrive M700 Servo Series
The Nidec Unidrive M700 servo drive family provides ratings from 2 kW to 11 kW. Tolomatic actuator configurations include the PTi210 SM-EZMotion module, creating a fully programmable single-axis motion control system. Powertools software supports configuration and programming for streamlined setup.
Unimotor HD Brushless C Servo Motor
The Unimotor HD is a high-dynamic AC brushless servo motor designed for high torque density. Its compact, low-inertia design supports applications requiring rapid acceleration and deceleration while providing the torque needed for high-force actuator systems.

Space-Saving Integrated Servo Motor, Drive, and Controller
The Tolomatic ACSI integrated servo motor, drive, and controller provides a cost-effective way to add additional axes of motion without requiring a separate drive inside the control cabinet. The compact ACSI can be controlled through 24 VDC digital I/O or analog signals, making it suitable for straightforward automated positioning and linear motion applications.
Available in both linear and rotary operating modes, the ACSI includes built-in configurations for Tolomatic electric actuators and can display motion in the desired linear units. When ordered with a Tolomatic actuator, the ACSI is mounted, configured, and tested as a complete system to simplify integration and setup.
