These belt driven two stage piston compressors have pre-installed and tank-mounted dryers. They perfectly suit as your all in one quality air solution and they will save you time, costs and space. The design meets the requirements of many professionals working in service or repair shops where dry air is required. All units are stationary on 270 or 500 liter, and all 5.5hp machines and above are available with star delta starter.

Ironman Series Piston Air Compressors

Chicago Pneumatic’s Iron Series features all cast iron design pumps.

The Ironman Series is fully compliant with local certifications for motors and tanks (MOM, ASME & CE). Thanks to original spare part kits and special oil for cast iron pistons, service maintenance is easier than ever. The full metal belt guard protects both operator and transmission belts, ensuring safe operation in heavy-duty and other conditions. The design for single-phase units and three-phase units has wheels for easy transportation.

Ironman screw compressors are slow turning, long lifetime cast iron pumps with two years warranty, providing strong performance.

Optimal cooling is guaranteed by using cylinder heads with deep cooling fins, a cast iron flywheel and a strong copper outlet pipe. The large oil sight glass makes it easy to check the oil level. The long lifetime and low wear level of the pump are made possible by making use of a cast iron shaft, connecting rod and cylinders. Losses are minimized thanks to the use of stainless steel valves and valve plates.
