Product Lineup

S & L Series – Basic Linear Slides

Fabco-S AND L SERIES Linear Slides
For applications where extreme precision is not required, this family of single- and dual bearing linear slides uses replaceable air cylinders to keep costs in line. The “L” Series Pneumatic Linear Slide features dual bearing blocks providing greater stability and increased loading capacity, and the compact “S” Series Pneumatic Linear Slide has a single bearing block for a short overall length. Several features ensure reliable operation including a floating coupler to prevent rod binding, self-lubricating high-performance composite sleeve bearings for smooth guided motion and long life and factory lubricated cylinders with high-endurance oil. Plus, each assembly is pre-tested for leakage and binding resistance. Reed switches and Hall effect sensors are available, and customers can choose from a variety of additional options and accessories.

FDH Series – Precision Finger Slides

Fabco-FDH SERIES Finger Slides
The FDH Series compact finger slide combines small size, sturdy construction, flexible mounting and a rail bearing system that delivers smooth operation. The slide is built tough with an anodized aluminum cylinder block, top plate and front toolbar plus stainless steel rod coupler nuts. The rugged body houses a standard magnetic piston and a repairable air cylinder, and internal rubber bumpers provide a cushioned stop. Round profile sensors feature surge suppression, polarity protection, an LED indicator and extremely fast switching speeds.

Mounting is easy and convenient thanks to side through holes with C-bores in the body, tapped mounting holes on four surfaces and slightly narrower toolbars to allow side mounting clearance between the toolbar and mounting surface. FDH Series compact finger slides are available in 10, 16 and 20 millimeter bores and standard strokes ranging from 5 to 60 millimeters.

FGXS Series – Precision Slide Tables

Fabco-FGXS SERIES Precision Slide Tables
Series FGXS is a twin-bore precision table slide that uses a rail bearing system for smooth operation. Users can choose from three mounting styles for optimal flexibility, and dowel holes and slots on the table surface allow for accurate, repeatable workpiece mounting. Magnetic position sensors are standard on all table slides, and two pistons provide excellent thrust. Bore sizes range from 6 to 25 millimeters and standard strokes range from 10 to 150 millimeters.

GB Series – Block-Style Linear Slides

Fabco-GB SERIES Block-Style Linear Slides
The GB Series block-style thruster slide combines a long list of features and options with durability. Its bearing block features anodized aluminum construction and includes a repairable machined-in air cylinder along with guide shaft bearings whose high performance composite material resists corrosion, moisture and temperatures up to 325° F for long cycle life while providing high load capacity and low friction. The GB Series is available in ⅜, ½ and ¾-inch bores and strokes from ½ to 10 inches. In fact, no other block style slide in the industry offers longer strokes.

The thruster slide is designed for mounting flexibility thanks to bottom, side and rear mounting holes, top and side ports and an interchangeable bolt pattern. The toolbar offers top, front and bottom mounting holes, and its slightly narrower size allows side mounting clearance between the toolbar and mounting surface. Optional round profile sensors come with surge suppression, polarity protection, LED indicator and extremely fast switching speeds. A wide range of options makes the GB Series highly versatile.

SE & EZ Series – Robust Ball Bearing Slides

Fabco-SE AND EZ SERIES Ball Bearing Slides
When your design calls for a linear slide with precision motion, you may expect to sacrifice durability. Our SE and EZ Series of single- and double-bearing block linear slides can eliminate those trade-offs.
SE Series linear slides — a space-saving version of the EZ Series slide for equipment with moderate side load requirements — are powered by a built-in bearing block that houses four linear ball bearings at each end to deliver precise motion with no play.
Rugged, cost-effective EZ Series slides are built with the guide shafts positioned at either side of the integral air cylinder to resist torsional loads, and the bearings are spaced further apart as stroke increases for exceptional load capacity. SE and EZ slides can be combined to create a custom two-axis EZ unit for maximum flexibility.
Each series has a rugged design that includes a hard-coated aluminum cylinder tube, hard chrome-plated 303 stainless steel piston rod and a choice of case hardened and ground or stainless steel guide shaft.

FGYSR Series – Rodless Linear Slides

Fabco-FGYSR SERIES Rodless Linear Slides
When you need to squeeze a pneumatic slide into a tight space, our FGYSR Series of rodless slides are an ideal choice. The FGYSR’s external slider is magnetically coupled to the piston to provide a space-saving rodless slide that’s also easy to mount. Available with bore sizes from 10 to 40 millimeters and holding forces from 53.9 to 922 N, the FGYSR rodless slides come with a rubber bumper or choice of four shock absorbers, as well as a choice of three position sensors.

EZP Series – Pick and Place Ball Slides

Fabco-EZP SERIES Pick and Place Ball Slides
The EZP Series of pick and place pneumatic linear slides are built tough to keep your pick and place equipment running reliably without sacrificing accuracy. Delivering combined horizontal and vertical motion, the EZP Series’ integrated and sealed linear ball bearings provide near play-free operation to ensure good precision. The pairs of bearings are housed in the high-strength aluminum end caps, and the space between them increases with the stroke lengths to provide them higher load capacities. The slides’ rugged design includes a hard-coated aluminum cylinder tube, hard chrome-plated 303 stainless steel piston rod and a choice of case hardened and ground or stainless steel guide shaft. Some models also offer three positions on one or both of the slides.

TS Series – Twin Shaft Linear Slides

Fabco-TS SERIES Twin Shaft Linear Slides
The TS Series Pneumatic Linear Slide features a twin-shaft, air or hydraulic powered integral slide system with maximum operating pressure of 150 psi (air or oil-based hydraulics). Because the slide is built into the cylinder, the TS Series is well suited for space-constrained applications. Featuring a high load capacity, the TS Series is designed with two linear ball bearings at each end of the cylinder to provide no-play precision motion. The cylinder tube, end caps and piston are built from aluminum alloy materials, and the linear ball bearings are full steel.
Built-in reliability features include o-rings to provide a positive tool seal and precise mechanical joint, and guided piston shafts eliminate piston-to-cylinder contact that could otherwise cause scuffing. TS Series Pneumatic Linear Slides come in six bore sizes from 1-¼ to 4 inches, guide shaft diameters from ¼ to 1 inch and standard strokes up to 20 inches in 1-inch increments. Customers can also choose from a variety of accessories and tooling options.
