Clear PVC Tubing
Our clear vinyl tubing features a smooth interior and exterior surface that prevents sediment accumulation and resists bacterial growth. It is FDA-approved for food contact, making it ideal for clean-critical industries. The clear composition allows for easy, effective fluid handling in liquid transfer applications. Our clear tubing has a hardness of 80A durometer and a working pressure of 3:1 safety factor.
Reinforced PVC Tubing
Our reinforced PVC tubing utilizes an open-weave inner braid for increased working pressures up to 250 psi. The smooth-bore, full-flow I.D. dimensions are sized to fit standard commercial barbed fittings. As a more durable alternative to clear PVC tubing, our reinforced vinyl tubing is ideal for high-pressure applications in beverage dispensers, ink printers, aerospace components and more.
Additional Poly Vinyl Tubing Options
All non-reinforced Freelin-Wade PVC tubing is phthalate-, latex- and BPA-free and exhibits excellent chemical and oxidation resistance. Our tubing features a smooth, polished inner wall to reduce sediment accumulation with barbed fittings for secure connections. We offer customization options on all available PVC piping, including:
- 65 Shore A PVCC
- 70 Shore A PVC
- 80 Shore A PVC
Custom PVC Tubing Available
To meet your unique application and performance requirements, Freelin-Wade & All Air can provide vinyl tubing in custom sizes and colors. Custom sizes are available in 65 Shore A, 70 Shore A, and 80 Shore A durometer PVC.
Standard color is clear #10. Our standard PVC tubing is available in a wide range of custom colors. Reinforced PVC tube is only available in clear #10. All colors can be custom printed with the numbers or lettering you need for easy installation and identification.
