Magnetic Linear Cylinder for Flexible Mounting and Contaminant Protection
The Tolomatic MG magnetic linear cylinder provides reliable rodless pneumatic linear motion for applications where environmental conditions, mounting flexibility, and contamination control are important. Its magnetic coupling eliminates a mechanical connection between the carrier and piston, allowing the mounting block to rotate easily for flexible installation and positioning.
The fully enclosed actuator body helps prevent contaminants from entering the actuator, while the field-repairable design can simplify maintenance and reduce downtime. Three magnetic coupling strengths are available for loads up to 100 lbs (45.4 kg).

Low-Profile Magnetic Linear Slide for Rigid, Flexible Motion
The Tolomatic MGS magnetic linear slide combines a low-profile design with exceptional rigidity for stable pneumatic linear motion in space-constrained automation applications. Like the MG magnetic cylinder, the MGS uses magnetic coupling without a mechanical piston connection, allowing the mounting block to rotate for flexible installation and positioning.
Multi-ported block heads provide flexible air connections, while selectable bearing options support different motion and load requirements. End-of-stroke deceleration adjustment helps control actuator movement for smoother stopping.
