Miniature Positioning Stages

Miniature Positioning Stages have a spring loaded micrometer to dial the exact amount of travel requried. High accuracy with very low friction. Load capacity to 40 lbs.

Linear Rails, Linear Bearings

Isel offers a variety of linear rails in standard lengths to 3m. We also have a selection of linear bearings and linear roller bearings. We offer an extremely low cost set of eccentric and concentric V guide roller bearings.

Linear Bearings, Linear Carriages

The Isel family of carriages are designed to matched with the Isel linear rails. They come in two basic styles, a bearing carriage with recirucalting ball bearings along the axis of travel. The second style is a roller bearing steel carriage. Some models are offered in a stainless steel version as well.

Available in 4 different models with travels up to 107″. All ball screw driven and sealed against dust without accordian bellows to take up travel. Stepper, servo or no motor options. Also available as XY.

Ball Slides, Cross Roller Slides

Ball Slides Are used for light load applications. The ball slides are more robust than the cross roller slides. This due to the self cleaning nature of the ball bearings.

The cross roller slides are used for medium to heavy load applications. They can carry a much high load than the ball slides but need to be protected well from the dirt and debris.

Ball Screws, Ball Nuts

Isel has a variety of 16 and 25mm diameter ball screws, ball nuts and mounting accessories.

Motion Controllers

Isel Automation’s controllers and software can be used with our gantry slides and stages to complete single and multi-axis automation applications. They are complete with drives, power supplied, I/O wiring and enclosures.

Industrial Workbench with T-Slot Table Top

The T slot table surface is ideal for fixturing robots, cobots, part feeders, test rigs, wiring systems and many other industrial applications- quick and easy and no drilling and tapping required. If you need to reposition or adjust, just loosen the bolts, slide it over and retighten and you are done.
