The coalescing prefilter of this unit removes any liquid moisture carryover. Additionally, the operation of the skid package is fully automated and controlled by an electronic timing module. This package is solid and durable, constructed with a heavy-duty drag/fork skid with an I-beam frame and a single lift point.

The new range of performance validated compressed air and gas filters offers an easy solution for achieving clean and oil-free compressed air. Whether it is for your compressor room or point of use application, these filters provide improved filtration and reliable oil and particulate removal. They have an extremely low pressured drop across the range, ensuring efficient operation (<2 psi). The housing closure is guaranteed to be safe, thanks to a single start, fixed thread engagement stop, and lock indication arrows that prevent over-tightening and ensure effective sealing.
Additionally, these filters come with an externally accessible float drain as standard from model SPG-0070. With four filtration grades ranging from 5 to 0.01 micron, and eighteen models available from 6 to 1500 scfm at 100 psig, there is a suitable option for every need. The filters also come with a 1-year element and 10-year housing warranty, providing long-term peace of mind. Manufactured in ISO 9001 approved facilities and independently tested to ISO 12500, these filters meet the highest quality standards.

Concerns regarding the proper disposal of air compressor lubricant carryover in condensate are prevalent due to varying regulations across the country. However, the installation process for an oil-water separator is uncomplicated.
We offer two models of oil-water separators: the SPremier Pure Oil Water Separator with direct to cartridge filtration, which has a capacity ranging from 100-400 cfm, and the Intelligent SPremier Pure Oil Water Separator, which features patented, intelligent operation and has a capacity ranging from 550-3300 cfm.

SPTWS Series (Flanged or Threaded)
Sullivan-Palatek offers a diverse selection of oil/water separators, which come in threaded and flange mount choices. These separators have capacities that range from 25 to 21000 cfm.
Their primary purpose is to eliminate the accumulated bulk water within a system. This prevents corrosion of pipework and equipment, as well as protects delicate instruments from damage.

SP Separator Series
